Great shop. Clearly have some of the best mechanical service around. They also have a good selection of very high-quality parts (cables, pads, etc.) on hand, which can be difficult to manage for a shop of this size.
Cannot get better personalized service anywhere else. Awesome customer service that cannot be beat. Cannot recommend enough.

Best bike shop in the area, hands down. When I first went there to ask about a new mountain bike, Travis actually talked me down from the bike I was leaning toward. Saved me over $1K. His advice was rock solid and I'm really happy with my Jamis hardtail. Shop service is outstanding. I'm learning a lot and these guys are a great source of knowledge -- much more fun then surfing the Net! When I'm ready to move up to FS or a new road bike, I'll buy it from JRABS for sure.
